* ASHOK LEYLAND: Has sent a second batch of 185 trucks via the sea route to Mongla Port in Bangladesh, a growing market for the company.

* BHARTI AIRTEL: Has merged with Millicom's Tigo in Ghana, Africa, to become the country's second largest mobile operator, the new company AirtelTigo said.

 - Arm Reliance Jio is working with corner stores and consumer brands to create a model to enable shoppers to buy at neighbourhood shops using digital coupons via its Jio Money platform or text messages.
 - Has prima-facie not complied with one clause of the government's coal bed methane marketing policy as it sold the gas it produced to its own unit after participating in auctions, the oil ministry found in a preliminary assessment.
