* ASIAN GRANITO INDIA: Has got orders worth 300 mln rupees for newly-launched products GRESTEK series tiles.

* BHARTI AIRTEL: Shareholders have approved the merger of Telenor (India) Communications with itself. The Unique Identification Authority of India has slapped notices on the company and Airtel Payments Bank over its retailers allegedly opening payments bank accounts without taking "informed consent" of customers who go for Aadhaar-based mobile Subscriber Identity Module verification.

 * COX & KINGS: Subsidiary Meininger Hotels has entered into an agreement with Swiss developer for a hotel in Geneva, Switzerland.

* DABUR INDIA: Has set up an online Ayurveda marketplace with Amazon to strengthen its presence in the fast-growing space of "natural" consumer products.

* GITANJALI GEMS: The board will meet on Sep 28 to consider and approve issue of fully convertible debentures to HT MEDIA on preferential basis.

* GOCL CORP: Promoter Hinduja Power has acquired 800,000 shares or 1.62% stake in the company through open market, increasing its stake to 71.56%.

 * GREAVES COTTON: Has signed an agreement with MLR Auto and Continental Engines to develop fuelagnostic power train solutions for 3-wheelers.

 * IDEA CELLULAR: The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India's decision to cut interconnect usage charge "will negatively impact the already stressed financial health of the sector", the company said.

* INDIAN BANK: The board has approved raising 20 bln rupees through the issuance of 7-year bonds.

* INTERGLOBE AVIATION: The board has approved allotment of 33.57 mln shares.

 * KNR CONSTRUCTIONS: Joint venture KNR-HES-ACPL has bagged an order worth 8.84 bln rupees from the Telangana government.

* LARSEN & TOUBRO: Has identified five assets to be monetised through the infrastructure investment trust route, Chief Financial Officer R. Shankar Raman said. The size of the issue could be 35-40 bln rupees.

* MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA: Has increased the price of petrol variant of Ciaz mid-size sedan by up to 1.4% with immediate effect after the GST Council hiked compensation cess.

* NEW DELHI TELEVISION: Has given up control of its subsidiary Fifth Gear Ventures by diluting its stake in the company. The NDTV Group--NDTV and its subsidiary NDTV Convergence--held 78.74% stake in the subsidiary.

* NTPC: Shareholders have approved raising up to 150 bln rupees through non-convertible debentures.

* OIL INDIA: Chairman Utpal Bora said a consortium of public sector oil companies are mulling to buy a 20% stake in an oil and gas field owned by Abu Dhabi National Oil Co in the United Arab Emirates.

* POWER FINANCE CORP: Shareholders have approved raising up to 650 bln rupees through the
issuance of debt securities in the domestic and overseas market.

 * POWER GRID CORP OF INDIA: Shareholders of the company have approved raising up to 200 bln rupees through the issue of redeemable non-convertible debentures on private placement basis.

* PRAJAY ENGINEERS SYNDICATE: Is pursuing a one-time settlement with consortium of lenders led by STATE BANK OF INDIA.

* PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK: Has invited bids for purchasing 34,834.17 gm of gold, and 4,293.82 carat of diamond jewellery, the bank said in a notice.

* RELIANCE INDUSTRIES: Reliance Jio InfoComm has approached telecom department for cancellation of the mobile tender for the north-eastern region awarded to BHARTI AIRTEL, alleging that it limits project deployment to only 2G services. Apple has widened its horizon for partnerships with Reliance Jio, and its sister arm Reliance Retail, offering buybacks and special plans for subscribers of the new telecom entrant who buy the iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X. The company's JioPhone will be available from this weekend.

* RURAL ELECTRIFICATION CORP: Board has approved incorporation of five special purpose vehicles for development of transmission lines in Jharkhand.

 * SPML Infra: Will meet on Tuesday to consider issue of optionally convertible debentures to its
lenders, against the conversion of part of their outstanding debts, pursuant to the implementation of
the scheme for sustainable structuring of stressed assets.

* SOMANY CERAMICS: Has acquired 102,710 shares of Sudha Somany Ceramics for 1.03 mln rupees.

* STATE BANK OF INDIA: The bank's yearly composite index, a leading indicator for domestic
manufacturing activity, has hit a 22-month high of 53.6 in September.
